Known in our region, since it originates there, the Plant-Robert has been cultivated since 1995 on our Estate. It is a somewhat "forgotten" grape variety that has come back to life, to our great delight... It's lucky that it hasn't disappeared. We are quite alone in the world... From this 2019 harvest, we will remember the unique balance and harmony of this generous vintage. After a maceration period of more than two months, the gentle pressing of the juices end in 12 months in barrels, followed by a few weeks in vats. Bottled at the estate, like each of our wines, it benefits from another 24 to 36 months of maturation in our cellar. An additional guarantee of quality for this Plant-Robert, unique in the world.
