From our plots came two exquisite wines, including this cuvée created using carbonic maceration with all the white grapes of our Domaine. Neither crushed nor destemmed, the whole cluster fruit ferment became a vibrant wine bursting with juicy ripe oranges and a slight prick of tannin for texture.
