The Pinot Noir grape variety has been present in our vineyard since 1958. It flourishes here in the best conditions; south of the north of the Alps... and beginning this vintage, no exogenous yeast has entered our caves, marking our desired move towards All Natural.

Conveying solar qualities resulting from spontaneous fermentation and aged in French oak for 24 months, it is unique in the landscape of “Nature” wines, with an elegant, woody profile.
